All my life I’ve been incredibly passionate about exercise, health and fitness. I started dancing at a young age, which has left me with over 18 years experience. At school I was always a member of various sports teams (netball and athletics mainly!)

Once I left school, I knew I wanted to take it to the next level and expand my knowledge and expertise, which is why I got in touch with Essex Fitness Academy and qualified as a personal trainer.

I qualified in fitness instruction and personal training, giving me a wide knowledge of how the body works and a wide range of different exercises and techniques.

The one thing I love is helping people achieve their goals and hit their targets; I’ll always strive to help you achieve yours, AND make sure you have fun doing it!

I know that exercising can be seen as a bit boring, and sometimes you wake up in the morning and have zero motivation (don’t worry… we’ve all been there!) I always use a wide range of exercises to keep my sessions lively and entertaining.

Each one is different, and each one gets you closer and closer to your goal – whether it be losing weight, toning up for your holiday, improving your stamina and metabolism… no goal is too big or too small.

I believe that consistency is key to achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, which is why I’ll always be on hand to help you, give you advice, help with your motivation… whatever you need. I take the role as a personal trainer very seriously… its personal to YOU!
