Permanent Closure of New Body Gym LOWESTOFT
Dear Valued Members,
It is with a heavy heart that we have to announce the closure of New Body Gym Lowestoft.
Despite our best efforts to keep the gym running, we have faced challenges with rising business costs that have contributed to this outcome and the Gym building being closed down, in this case by our landlord without any dialogue for resolution or notice.
We are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Our primary concern now is to ensure that our members are taken care of during this transition, particularly regarding membership payments.
Membership Payment and Cancellation Process.
1. New and Transferred Ashbourne DD Members:
Please contact Ashbourne using the link provided below to manage your membership and cancellation.
We strongly advise you to cancel your Direct Debit immediately if you haven’t done so already.

2. Long-Term Contracted Members (Managed by DFC):
Contact DFC for information, as referenced in your joining pack or emails and they will advise you on your options.
3. Members Paying via Stripe/Re-occurring Card Payments:
We have applied for all future payments to be cancelled.
Please note that these companies manage our membership payments, We do not handle this directly and we requested that ALL payments to our account were stopped the moment we knew we had been shut down.
We sincerely apologise for this situation and assure you that we will do everything we can to reduce the impact on our members. We are absolutely devastated by this turn of events and deeply appreciate the understanding and support that so many of you have shown.
We have received a gesture of goodwill by the NR FITNESS team so you don’t miss out on a month’s training, for anyone wishing to join them, you will receive this month free!
