Check your inbox for an email from New Body Gym.
Open the email and find the access code provided (this will change monthly).
Visit the App Store or Play Store.
Search for “New Body Gym” and download the app.
Install the app on your smartphone or tablet.
Open the New Body Gym App.
Sign in with your account credentials.
Navigate to the QR Code section within the app.
A unique QR code will be generated.
Present this QR code to the turnstiles at the gym entrance to gain access.
